Design Guidelines
After studying some of the world’s most beautiful and idyllic neighborhoods, along with the consultation of nationally award-winning architects, the Westlake design guidelines have been formed. These guidelines will enhance the visual appearance and property values in Westlake, and will ensure that each home is built to the same high standards of design excellence.
Residents will receive the guidelines book after securing a lot.
All homes built in Westlake will follow the architectural, site, landscaping and construction standards set forth in the design guidelines. The Architectural Review Committee will review all exterior selections and landscaping plans prior to construction of each home.
Residents will work with an architect and builder of their choosing to ensure proper completion.
The five approved architectural styles for homes built in Westlake are shown below. Images are examples only.
